Tiffany and Steve tied the knot earlier this month, and their day was the perfect mix of relaxed, joyful, and full of sweet moments that really reflected who they are as a couple.
The day started in the comfort of their own home. Each of them got ready surrounded by their closest loved ones, and there was such a peaceful energy in the air. Instead of waiting until the ceremony, they chose to do a First Look, and it was such a beautiful moment. It also meant we could knock out all their portraits early so they had time to hang out and mingle with guests before the ceremony even began.
Guests were welcomed with appetizers from The Painted Plate and custom mimosas from The Party Cart, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. Of course, with North Carolina in June, there’s always a chance of a surprise storm. Thankfully, Jennifer with Knot Your Average Events was keeping a close watch on the radar. When a clear window opened up, we went for it!
The ceremony took place in front of a stunning floral arch from Designs North, set against crisp white brick. Jenny from Jenny’s Music Studio played the processional as Tiffany and Steve walked down the aisle, and it was such a sweet, heartfelt moment.
Afterwards, everyone had more time to chat and celebrate before heading over to Greensboro Country Club for the reception. And let me just say, The Mason Lovette Band brought the house down. The dance floor stayed packed, the energy was amazing, and the food stations were a huge hit. Party Reflections made sure every table looked incredible with beautiful linens and place settings.
One of the most touching parts of the night was when Tiffany and Steve cut their cake from Maxie B’s, with a little help from their son. It was such a special family moment that made everyone smile.
Right before sunset, we snuck away to the First Tee Box for some golden hour portraits. The light was magical, and those quiet moments together were the perfect breather before heading back to the party to dance the night away.
Tiffany and Steve’s day was effortless in all the best ways—beautiful, fun, and centered around love, laughter, and family. I’m so grateful I got to be a part of it.
Cheers to the newlyweds!
