Zyanya & Jaye | A Celebration of Love & Tradition
This past weekend, we celebrated the beautiful Zyanya and Jaye wedding at Nana Mac Meadows. Their day was full of laughter, heartfelt traditions, and unforgettable memories.
How Their Story Began
Zyanya and Jaye’s love story started at Bank of America, where they worked on the same team. What began as teamwork soon turned into something much more.
Their first date at Kickback Jack’s set the tone for their relationship — fun, relaxed, and full of laughter. On New Year’s Eve 2017, Jaye made it official and asked Zyanya to be his girlfriend.
The Proposal
After seven years together, Jaye planned a surprise proposal at Fleming’s. He gathered both families for dinner and, in the middle of the celebration, asked Zyanya to marry him.
The ring? Designed by Jaye himself — a one-of-a-kind symbol of his love and thoughtfulness.
The Wedding Day
The wedding beautifully blended both families’ traditions.
✨ During the ceremony, they included the lasso and exchange of coins, powerful symbols of unity and commitment.
✨ At the reception, the celebration was lively and joyful. The couple entered with the Baile de Mar, surrounded by petals tossed in their honor. Guests cheered through the playful Baile de la Vibora and joined the fun in the traditional Dollar Dance.
✨ As the night came to a close, Zyanya and Jaye shared a private last dance before stepping into forever with a sparkling exit.
