Growing and Expanding: New Services and Fresh Inspiration

This past year has been such an exciting journey of growth for me in photography and videography. While weddings have always been my main focus, I’ve had the chance to branch out and work with dancers, which has truly sparked my creativity in ways I never imagined. Capturing their movement, emotion, and artistry has been so inspiring and has pushed me to try new techniques and styles.

I’ve also been photographing more families and children, which has been such a joy! There’s something so special about capturing those little moments and genuine connections that families share. Seeing kids just be themselves in front of the camera is always a fun and rewarding experience.

On top of that, I’ve been diving into small business branding and headshot photography. Working with entrepreneurs and professionals to create images that truly represent their brands has been so fulfilling. I love being able to combine my passion for storytelling with my attention to detail to help businesses showcase their unique personalities and values.

Another exciting addition this year has been photographing more corporate events and even taking on underwater shoots! These opportunities have challenged me to adapt and think creatively in new environments, and I’ve loved every minute of it. Whether it’s capturing the energy of a corporate gathering or the serene beauty of an underwater scene, these experiences have broadened my skills and perspective.

Earlier this year, I had the amazing opportunity to attend WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International) in Las Vegas. It was such a game-changer! I learned so many new techniques, connected with fellow creatives, and came back feeling even more inspired and motivated to grow in both photography and videography.

Speaking of videography, I took a big step and started offering it as part of my services! I even filmed my first wedding video, which was such an incredible experience. Capturing a couple’s special day through both photo and video allows me to tell their story in a whole new way, and I’m so excited to offer this to future clients.

With all these exciting changes, I realized my website—almost five years old—needed a serious refresh. I’m currently working on updating it to better reflect everything I offer and my evolving style. Stay tuned for the big reveal soon!
